Our vehicle insurance is provided directly through our company which is the most affordable method in which you are definitely covered for any collision damage excess reduction and extra cover whether the event of a single or multi vehicle accident, fire, theft, or animal damage. Take out the hassle of having to work with third party insurance as claiming any incidents can be a lengthy process and time consuming.
If any third party insurance is taken out whether it’s through credit card travel insurance or through any of our booking partners KLOOK, rentcars.com, zuzuche, QEEQ, ctrip, trip.com by the customer, our basic insurance excess applies for the particular type of vehicle booked and you would have to claim that amount back through your chosen insurance provider.
All of our car rentals include a basic insurance included in the base rate (different excesses applies for over 25yrs, under 25yrs and large or prestige vehicles). Excess applies in any sort of accident or damage, how so ever caused, regardless of who is at fault.
Please note* car hire insurance is very different to personal car insurance by where the driver of the hire vehicle is responsible for any damage of the vehicle while having the vehicle on rent by which the agreed contract defines the rental period.
