All bicycle hire’s include a helmet as by law you must wear it and also a chain and lock to secure the push bike while on rental.
Bicycle Hire Rules
We don’t suggest leaving a bicycle unattended locked up in an outdoor area overnight, we would prefer bicycles to be locked up somewhere secure if hiring overnight.
We have a secure 24 hour key drop off for customers convenience if they would like to drop the bicycles off after hours.
(Hereinafter called “the customer”) to use, by way of hire, a bicycle, lock and helmet, the property of the hirer, the customer HEREBY RELEASES AND DISCHARGES the hirer, its agents and employees from all claims for personal injury, property damage or death howsoever caused whilst the customer is in use of the hirers bicycle, and whether or not such personal injury, property damage or death results from any act, default, breach of duty or negligence of the hirer, its servants or agents.
The customer FURTHER RELEASES the hirer in the event of any claim for personal injuries, property damage, or death brought against the customer, whether or not resulting from the customer’s negligence, and the customer undertakes to indemnify and save harmless the hirer, its servants and agents from any or all claims or cause of action whosoever made or presented or any other claim or potential claim of whatever nature.
The customer hereby agrees to be responsible for any fines incurred by him/her while in possession of the said bicycle, helmet, and lock in case of loss or theft or damage of same.
*NOTE: Bicycle must not be ridden off sealed road or on the beach.
*Failure to observe these conditions could result in a Penalty or Cleaning Fee.

The Cairns Walking and Cycling Circuit has been developed to provide enjoyable recreation activities within central Cairns through off-road walking and cycling paths.
The routes take in the Esplanade Lagoon, the foreshore to the Cairns Botanic Gardens, Cairns Central Swamp, along scenic waterways including Lily Creek and Saltwater Creek, and past regional sporting centres.
Three rides have been marked on the maps as well as a hiking track through Cairns Central Swamp.
